A credit is a monetary amount that may be added to your Tomi account due to a billing error, or to cover a loss of service due to downtime caused by a fault.
Credit will be allocated to your Tomi account to be used on future bills. Tomi will not refund any credit to your nominated payment method.
Example: Your account is credited with $30 and your next total bill is $75. For this bill, you would only be charged $45.
