What is Call diversion and how do I enable Call diversion?

With Call diversion, you can divert all incoming calls to a different number. This can be activated by contacting customer service on 1300 655 982.

Call diversion is a handy way to make sure you don’t miss a call when you are out and about on your mobile, at work, or at someone else’s home.

  1. Lift the receiver and listen for the dial tone
  2. Dial *78
  3. Dial the telephone number you want the calls to be diverted to
  4. Listen for the confirmation tone (two short beeps)
  5. Replace the handset

To deactivate call diversion

  1. Lift the receiver
  2. Dial #78
  3. Listen for the confirmation tone (two short beeps)
  4. Replace the receiver
